if only I had recieved even a hint of the royal treatment I expected. the staff's total disregard for my service dog was quite delightful. and, heaven forbid you find a single electrical plug in your room! staying here woudl ve been an absolute treat, but alas, it was more of a tragedy.

Consider asking for a room on the lower floor for easier access, especially if you have luggage or mobility concerns.

The location was quite good, making it easy to explore nearby attractions like the Oceanside Pier and the California Surf Museum. The room was a fresh surprise in terms of cleanliness, which was much appreciated. Although we encountered some issues, like a few ants on the couch upon checking in, the prompt response from the property manager to get pest control sorted out was impressive. Overall, my stay was pleasant as a relaxing getaway for my family.

great access to beaches and local parks for weekend strolls

I really loved how close I was to South Oceanside Beach, just a short walk away, and enjoyed the nearby Holiday Park, perfect for relaxing outdoors while still being near essential amenities like restaurants and cafes.

We enjoyed the beach location and the spaciousness of the room for our large family. The kids had fun splashing around and playing in the nearby water, making it a delightful trip for them.

In my wife’s opinion, the cleanliness left much to be desired.

Couple Beware

We had the misfortune of checking in and the manager promised to fix issues but ended up downplaying our concerns. The only highlight was the early check-in, but that was overshadowed by other problems.

This place was costly for the horror show that awaited us.

my stay at the inn & suites surpassed my expectations. previously, i thought any hotel would do for a quick city visit, but this one really resonated with me with its comfortable setup. the room was clean and had all the essentials for a pleasant stay.
