Oceanside Inn & Suites

If only I had recieved even a hint of the royal treatment I expected. The staff's total disregard for my service dog was quite good. And, heaven forbid you find a single electrical plug in your room! Staying here woudl ve been an absolute treat, but alas, it was more of a tragedy.

The rooms were cheap, huge with a kitchen, ideal for us. Favourable and stunning location - a few steps away from everywhere we needed.

The beach proximity was a definite treat, awesome for spontaneous morning walks along the shore.

The overall cleanliness was lacking, with sticky floors and a musty smell, made the stay uncomfortable.

Consider asking for a room on the lower floor for easier access, especially if you have luggage or mobility concerns.

Location: the hotel was just off beach and decent restuarants n bars, all Shopping. I randomly popped in Kona Hut Coffee House serving some pastries, located just a short walk away from the venue, it was nice.

The location was quite good. The room was a fresh surprise in terms of cleanliness, which was much appreciated. Although we encountered some issues, like a few ants on the couch upon checking in, the prompt response from the hotel manager to get pest control sorted out was impressive. My stay was pleasant as a relaxing getaway for my family.

great access to beaches and local parks for weekend strolls

I really loved how close I was to South Oceanside Beach, just a short walk away, and enjoyed the nearby Holiday Park.

We enjoyed the beach location and the spaciousness of the room for our large family. The kids had fun splashing around and playing in the nearby water.

In my wife's opinion, the cleanliness left much to be desired.

Couple Beware

We had the misfortune of checking in and the manager promised to fix issues but ended up downplaying our concerns. The only highlight was the early check-in, but that was overshadowed by other problems.

This place was costly for the horror show that awaited us.

Previously, i thought any hotel would do for a quick city visit, but this one really resonated with me with its comfortable setup. The room was clean and had all the essentials for a pleasant stay.

It was just a proper fit for a quick layover in Oceanside with fantastic value for money. The bathroom appeared to be recently cleaned, a pleasant surprise. Make sure to check the shower and sink for hot water before settling in.

The location was so close to the beach! Housekeeping did a great job keeping things tidy, and the friendly manager.

The bathroom setup was a bit odd, and the room could use some extra attention on the paint stains.

The room wasvery comfy and tidy, showing signs of a recent refurbishment. The proximity to the beach and local eateries was a highlight, with an excellent cafe nearby offering delicious coffee cake. The shower's temperature was dangerously hot, and the owner was dismissive of concerns regarding safety. Unfortunately, the room also lacked a coffee maker, disappointing.

This inn is a fantastic base for a short stay. The location is marvelous, right in the heart of the action. You're just next door to the beach and LEGOLAND, making it perfect for fun activities. Plus, there are great restaurants and bars nearby to enhance your experience while in California.
